What do the Proseal GT4eX and GT4eX-Twin do?
The GT4eX seals pre-formed trays up to 400 mm wide at a capacity of up to 84 vacuum or gas-flushed packs per minute. The Twin version processes up to 144 vacuum or gas-flushed packs per minute across two parallel lanes. Both machines accept trays fed in any orientation and can be fully integrated into existing production lines.

The Proseal GT4eX and GT4eX-Twin are used by producers of meat, fish, poultry, dairy, fruit and vegetables, ready meals, desserts and plant-based products. The machines are designed for high production volumes and for products sealed in wide packaging.
The ‘e’ concept
Both machines are ‘e’ machines. At the heart of the ‘e’ design is the flexibility to perform any type of heat seal: atmospheric, MAP, VMAP, Skin, Skin Plus and Skin Deep. These options can be added or removed at a later date, allowing the machine to adapt to changing packaging trends.
Quick product changeover
On all Proseal machines, the tool can be changed within 5 minutes, ensuring production downtime is kept to a minimum during a product changeover. A storage and loading trolley for tools is available as an option, with pre-heating if required, so that the machine is ready for production immediately after the tool has been changed.
